How it all started

The name Sun Land has been in the family for over 30 years, starting with an old motel on Main Street in Mesa, Arizona. Owning this commercial property came with many developing skills, regularly renovating and repairing for functionality. Throughout this process, I learned how specific, time consuming, and costly some of these skills were. So, I taught myself how to do it all.

Meet me, Zoran Simonovic

I have been in the construction / handyman service industry for my entire professional career and have seen it all. I have experience in both commercial and residential buildings, fixing and renovating many different spaces.

I have two daughters in their late 20’s and a wife who regularly test me with creative solutions. From designing the interior of a Chicago studio apartment to maximize space, to digging and tiling a pool in my backyard to deliver my wife’s ultimate dream.

I’m an honest guy who prefers casual communication and a neighborly relationship. I’ve lived in Arizona for 40+ years and can probably get to your address without the use of a map.

My approach

My approach is simple, I am one man who does it all. While some think that may be a burden of too much work, I think it sets me apart from other handymen services in the valley. One person to call for all your repairs, one person to budget with, and one person to help streamline your ideas. Forget the “free quotes” and “email inquiries,” just call or text my cell and let’s just start the thing!
